In-Store Purchases Return Policy
Item returns or exchanges are not accepted. Since our items are perishable and are made with utmost care, all sales are final.
Online Orders Return Policy
Thank you for shopping with us. We strive to ensure that every order arrives in excellent condition. However, if your package reaches you in a bad condition, please review our return policy below.
1. Eligibility for Refunds
Damaged or Defective Packages Only: Refunds are only issued if the package you receive is visibly damaged, defective, or compromised upon arrival. We do not offer refunds for other reasons such as order discrepancies, change of mind, or delays in shipping.
2. How to Request a Refund
Inspect Upon Receipt:Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.
Report Immediately: If you find that your package is in a bad condition, contact our Customer Service team within 48 hours of delivery.
Provide Documentation: To process your request, we will require photos or video evidence clearly showing the condition of the package and the damage sustained. This helps us to verify the issue and work with our shipping partners.
3. Refund Process
Review and Approval:
Once we receive your claim and documentation, our team will review the issue. If your claim is approved, a refund will be issued to the original method of payment.
Processing Time:
Please allow up to 7-10 business days for the refund to appear on your account after approval.
4. Non-Eligible Cases
No Refund for Other Issues:
Refunds are not available for packages that are simply delayed, opened (but not damaged), or if you later decide that you no longer want the product.
Lost Packages:
In cases where the package is lost during shipping, please refer to our Shipping Policy for further assistance, as this does not qualify for a refund under this policy.
